At Gift In (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized uniforms and apparel to our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Products
1.1 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they are defective or do not match the agreed-upon customization details. Custom products include, but are not limited to, ball uniforms, marathon race team apparel, work uniforms, and other customized apparel.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
2.1 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
If you receive a product that is defective or was customized incorrectly, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Defects may include issues with fabric quality, incorrect sizing based on your provided measurements, or errors in the logo, design, or other customization details.
2.2 Reporting Issues
To report a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the defect or error.
- Photographs of the defect or incorrect customization.
2.3 Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
2.4 Replacement or Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either:
- Produce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Order Cancellations
3.1 Before Production
You may cancel your order without penalty before it enters the production phase. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
3.2 After Production
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production due to the custom nature of the products.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
- If the product matches the customization details provided by you at the time of order.
- If you change your mind after the order has entered production.
- If the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
